About Rachel Littlefield
Ask Rachel Littlefield where healing happens, and she'll point to the group room.
Rachel is a Primary Therapist who comes alive in group work. She sees the circle as the place where women discover they aren't alone, practice new ways of connecting, and support each other's growth in real time. That belief sits at the center of Women's Recovery's process-group model, and Rachel brings it to life.
Her work blends traditional talk therapy with creative and embodied approaches. She draws on Gestalt therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, DBT and sand tray therapy, choosing what fits the woman in front of her. She meets women with warmth, and she holds them to their growth.
Rachel is pursuing her doctorate, focused on teaching and supervising the next generation of counselors, and she is committed to advancing addiction counseling and group work across the field.
