Mental health and trauma care for women.

PHP, IOP, and outpatient care make room for the full picture: nervous system, relationships, mental health, and substance use.

Whatever brought you here, you're in the right place.

Women come to us for anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, drinking or substance use, and often several at once. You don't need a substance use diagnosis to be here, and if substances are part of your story, they're treated alongside everything else, never instead of it.

PHP, IOP and outpatient care based on assessment

An assessment may recommend PHP or direct entry to IOP. PHP typically lasts four to six weeks, with individual timing based on clinical need.

PHP · 25–30 hours per week

Our most structured outpatient program. You attend during the day and go home at night. PHP gives the team time to work on regulation, integration, and daily patterns.

IOP · 9–15 hours per week

Three to five three-hour sessions weekly. IOP may be a direct entry point after assessment and typically continues for an additional nine to twelve weeks, individualized to your needs.

What a PHP day looks like

A PHP day can include group therapy, individual therapy, skills practice, and somatic or complementary activities. The team plans care around each woman’s needs and safety.

  • Group work creates space to notice and practice relationship patterns.
  • Individual therapy helps connect history, present needs, and goals.
  • Skills and somatic practice support regulation in daily life.
You made me cry more times than I can count (gentle movement was in fact not gentle at all), but every one of those tears helped wash away years of pain.

Experiential work and journey writing

Writing and complementary practices offer additional ways to notice feelings and patterns when conversation is difficult. They support the clinical program.

When I couldn’t find words out loud, I found them on paper. Writing gave my pain somewhere to go. It gave my hope a voice.

Common questions

Do I need a substance use diagnosis?

No. Mental health and trauma are central to our program.

Where do women usually begin?

Assessment guides the recommendation. Some women can enter IOP directly; PHP offers more structure when that level fits.

Do I stay overnight?

No. PHP, IOP, and OP are outpatient levels of care.

How are costs checked?

Admissions verifies benefits, including deductible, coinsurance, out-of-pocket maximum, and authorization needs. Benefits verification typically takes 2–3 hours, but timing may vary.
