Whole-person practices may include spirituality and energy work, Reiki, fascia release and bodywork, EFT tapping, acudetox, yoga, journey writing, nutrition, breathwork, and sound healing. Your individual care plan determines which practices are included.

Who brings this work into the program?
Crystal Girouard · Lenka Robitaille
Crystal meets every client at intake and remains connected through the alumni community. She is EFT Certified, a Reiki II Practitioner, a Breathwork and Sound Healing Teacher, and is training in fascia work. Lenka is a Certified AcuDetox provider. The clinical team determines how practices may fit an individual plan.
