About Crystal Girouard
Crystal Girouard is the pulse of Women's Recovery. She's often the first face a woman sees, and she's still there long after graduation.
Crystal joined Women's Recovery the year it opened, as a case manager and care coordinator. As the program grew, she saw that healing doesn't end at discharge, so she built the Women's Recovery Alumni Program to keep women connected. She also created the Continuation Ceremony, where women mark their next chapter by sharing their hope, their heart and their healing journey with the community that walked beside them.
As Director of Client Services, Crystal meets every client at intake and stays with her from the first day to alumni. Her office is where women come to land, to breathe, and sometimes just to rest.
Crystal also leads the program's energy and somatic healing work: EFT, Reiki, breathwork, sound healing and fascial work, helping women reconnect with bodies that have carried so much. Her own awakening taught her that compassionate community heals, and she has spent her career building one. In her words, she gets to witness "the everyday miracles of recovery."
