Give yourself permission to ask for help.

You do not have to have all the words ready. Start with what is happening, and our admissions team will help you understand the next step.

Whatever brought you here, you're in the right place.

Women come to us for anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, drinking or substance use, and often several at once. You don't need a substance use diagnosis to be here, and if substances are part of your story, they're treated alongside everything else, never instead of it.

Insurance and next steps

We verify your benefits, including deductible, coinsurance, out-of-pocket maximum, and authorization needs. Benefits verification typically takes 2–3 hours, but timing may vary. An individual assessment guides the level-of-care recommendation.

In-network plans

In-network with TRICARE, Cigna, Aetna, BCBS and Denver Health Medical Plan

Share your plan details with admissions. We will check your benefits and explain what we find. Verification is not a guarantee of coverage.

Common questions

What if I am not sick enough?

You can call without deciding that for yourself. We will talk through what is happening and whether an assessment makes sense.

Half of me was certain my tree didn’t deserve it and it would be a waste of time.

Do I need a substance use diagnosis?

No. Mental health and trauma are central to the program.

What if I am calling for someone I love?

We can explain general options and what the first conversation involves. We respect the client’s privacy and choices.
