Portrait of Kelli Ruhl

About Kelli Ruhl

Kelli Ruhl doesn't see herself as the expert in the room. She sees every woman as the expert on her own life, with an inherent capacity to grow.

Kelli began at Women's Recovery in 2021 as a clinical case manager and became a Primary Therapist in 2022. Her work rests on empathy, authenticity and unconditional positive regard, and on a therapeutic relationship built on trust, compassion, respect and honesty. She thinks of her role as guide, ally, mirror and keeper of a safe space, walking beside women rather than ahead of them.

Kelli helps women move through self-discovery to self-acceptance, and from there to real growth. She is committed to creating a warm, affirming space for anyone looking for a hand on the road to hope and healing.

She holds a BA from the University of Colorado and an MA in clinical mental health counseling from Adams State University.
