About Alexa Hudmon
When someone calls Women's Recovery at the hardest moment of their life, there's a good chance Alexa Hudmon answers.
Alexa has spent a decade helping people transform their lives, supporting women and families facing substance use, trauma, disordered eating and mental health challenges. She has returned to Women's Recovery, and her work is driven by two things.
The first is connection. Alexa is at her best with people who feel lost or out of hope. With deep empathy, and knowing this path from the inside, she helps them believe they can have more than sobriety: emotional stability, freedom and a life that feels like their own.
The second is families. Alexa coaches loved ones through the confusion of finding the right care, and she holds space for their pain alongside the pain of the person they love. She offers guidance, compassion and steady support every step of the way, often before a woman ever walks through our doors.
