Alexa is excited to return to Women’s Recovery, continuing her decade-long commitment to helping individuals transform their lives. With a deep dedication to supporting those facing substance abuse, trauma, disordered eating, and mental health challenges, Alexa’s work is driven by two core passions.
The first is her unwavering belief in the power of connection. Alexa thrives on meeting people who feel lost or hopeless, and through deep empathy and her own lived experiences, she provides them with the conviction that they are not just capable of sobriety but can achieve emotional stability, personal freedom, and a fulfilling life.
The second passion lies in her work with families. Alexa finds fulfillment in coaching loved ones to find the appropriate treatment for their family member, while also helping them navigate the complex pain they face. She gracefully holds space for both the pain of the individual struggling and that of their family, offering guidance, compassion, and constant support every step of the way.
Outside of her professional life, Alexa enjoys a vibrant and fulfilling personal life surrounded by family and friends, including her fiancé and their two dogs. Together, they love skiing, whitewater rafting, and attending live music events as often as possible.
