Crystal Girouard joined the Women’s Recovery team in 2017 as a Case Manager and Care Coordinator. As Women’s Recovery continued to grow, so did Crystal’s passion for creating meaningful connection beyond treatment. Recognizing the need for a structured, supportive, and engaging alumni community, she helped develop and leads the Women’s Recovery Alumni Program — ensuring that every woman remains connected and supported long after completing treatment.

Today, as Director of Client Services, Crystal meets with every client at intake and walks alongside them throughout their entire journey — from their first day in programming to continued connection through alumni events and community engagement. She believes that recovery is not a destination but an ongoing journey, and she is honored to accompany women every step of the way.

After experiencing her own spiritual awakening, Crystal found that being surrounded by a compassionate fellowship of people was vital to her healing — and she remains deeply committed to “paying it forward.” She believes that choosing to walk alongside others who share similar goals and values is one of the most powerful and rewarding decisions a woman can make. Through her leadership, warmth, and presence, Crystal continues to hold space for others — on the hard days and the hopeful ones — and feels grateful to witness the everyday miracles of recovery.
